UPDATE – Its official! Hunters Father was given Full Custody!

Hunter Johnson’s Dad Gets Emergency Custody & Has Falen Vaughn Banned from Contacting Hunter; Claims He Found “Highly Inappropriate” Texts Between Hunter & Falen

“Stay away from my kids, Falen!”

The father of Unexpected star Hunter Johnson has just been awarded emergency custody of the teen, after dropping a bombshell on Thursday in his court case to gain custody of Hunter and keep him away from his mom, as well as Falen and Kris Vaughn.

On Friday, a judge awarded Hunter’s dad Casey Johnson emergency temporary custody of the 14-year-old, and suspended the parenting time of Hunter’s mom Stacie Riddle.  The judge ruled that the current situation warrants an emergency that places “[Hunter] at immediate risk of harm should he be returned to [his mom Stacie].”

Even more interesting is that the judge has banned Falen and Kris from having any contact or communication with Hunter at all for the time being. (The only exception is if Casey agrees to a meet-up that he is supervising.) In his filing, Casey stated that he is concerned about the “unusually personal and excessive level of contact” between Falen and Hunter.

“It’s fine. This is all normal!”

The judge has also banned Hunter from being in any videos or photos posted to social media. (In his petition for emergency custody, Casey pointed out that Hunter recently posted a video to TikTok in which he defended Falen and stated he did not want to be at his dad’s. Casey claimed that Hunter’s mom Stacie assisted with the making and posting of that video.)

The judge also shut down Hunter’s use of the phone paid for by the Vaughns or any other third party. In addition, he ordered that Stacie not be allowed to use Hunter in “social media disputes or litigation-related content” posted online. He also forbids Stacie from making “unnecessary law enforcement calls or harassment” about Casey. (In his filing, Casey claimed Stacie called for a “wellness check” on Hunter while he was at Casey’s, due to Casey taking away Hunter’s Xbox.)

“Lack of Xbox is an emergency to a 14-year-old, judge!”

The judge’s ruling comes one day after Casey— who has been actively trying to get custody of Hunter away from Hunter’s mom Stacie for a year– – filed a Petition for Emergency Ex Parte Custody, as well as a request for an emergency hearing in the case, following the arrest of Falen last week.

(As The Ashley previously reported, Hunter’s mom Stacie got into a fight with Hunter’s dad Casey and stepmom Brettney after she tried to take Hunter during Casey’s parenting time. Things escalated after Brettney allegedly refused to allow a cellphone linked to and paid for by Falen into their home. During the argument between Brettney and Stacie, Falen and Kris rolled up to the scene and Falen ended up being arrested for disorderly conduct and interfering with police.)

Casey gave a plethora of reasons for why he needed to gain emergency full custody of Hunter, stating numerous times that he wants his son away from the influence and actions of Falen and Kris Vaughn.

Casey claimed that he briefly got ahold of the phone that the Vaughns provided to Hunter and discovered some “concerning” communications between Hunter and Falen.

“I’m the grandbabymama! It’s fine!”

“Said communications appear highly inappropriate in nature, considering the age of [Hunter], the ongoing litigation and the level of involvement of an adult non-parent [Falen] in the child’s personal and legal matters,” the filing claims.

Casey claims Falen sent “repeated and frequent communications” to Hunter.

“Said communications reflect an unusually personal and excessive level of contact between an adult female and a fourteen-year-old child.”

Hunter’s dad goes on to write that he discovered texts from Falen to Hunter about the custody court case.

“In one message, Falen Vaughn states, ‘I just hope you are on our side like you said. We’ve done so much for you and think of you like our son.’”

Casey also claims that Falen discussed Hunter’s therapist being subpoenaed so that what Hunter said in therapy could be used in court.

“This contact shows manipulation to a child by an adult,” Casey wrote.

“Me, manipulative?”

Casey stated that Falen purchased an expensive baseball-related item for Hunter and was trying to arrange it to be delivered to her home, where Casey claims Falen has Hunter’s other baseball equipment and school items stored. He states that this behavior is Falen “creating reasons and opportunities for continued direct contact with [Hunter] to drop items off.”

Casey claims that in other texts, Hunter was asking Falen why she was mad at him, and Falen allegedly replied, “What your dad is doing.” Casey wrote that Hunter has expressed negativity toward him so that he can “align with or appease Falen Vaughn’s feelings,” and that Falen is encouraging alienation between him and his son.

Casey claims that Hunter and Falen have continued texting late into the night, even on school nights, and that what he was able to see was most likely not the only communications taking place between the two.

“These messages span only a few day period,” he wrote “Numerous additional messages between [Hunter] and Falen Vaughn— as well as [Hunter] and other individuals— had already been deleted prior to brief review of the device.

“Our fingers have been busy deletin’, y’all!”

Casey specifically asked that the judge place restrictions regarding the “concerning contact and interference” by Falen Vaughn.

As The Ashley previously told you, Casey is also suing Falen for custody of Wesley, the one-year-old son Hunter shares with Bella.  A temporary hearing has been set for that case for May 29.
