LITTLE Singles star Sammy Replogle was rushed to the hospital for emergency brain surgery after he got into a terrifying ATV accident.
California native Sammy, 26, shared the scary story on the premiere of his new TLC reality show, Little Singles.
Sammy, who is 4 foot 6 inches but says he feels 7 feet tall, said he was riding an ATV without a helmet when he crashed and suffered a major head injury.
He was rushed to the hospital for emergency brain surgery.
“About seven months ago, everything in my life completely changed,” he said in a confessional.
“I got into a life-threatening accident… I had a brain bleed, and I was in the hospital for three weeks.”
He eventually recovered from the crash, and now lives with a metal plate in his head and a massive scar.
“This trip means even more now, and I’m so grateful to be here,” he said.
“I’m not going to pass up any opportunity to have fun. I’m ready to live my life to the fullest.”
On the premiere, Sammy and BFF Stephanie admit to the cameras that they’ve been secretly hooking up for an entire year without telling their other besties.
Stephanie said Sammy’s accident made her grow even closer to him.
But by the end of the episode, Stephanie is breaking down in tears after Sammy starts flirting with other women right in front of her.
The show covers a group of single little people pals sharing a vacation home in Palm Springs, California.
The friends are ready to party and have fun – but drama is never too far from the wild crew.
Co-star JJ moonlights as a burlesque dancer and adult model on OnlyFans, while Krista can’t help but flirt with Sammy despite his romance with Stephanie.
