Fans of Sister Wives will be happy to hear that the Coyote Pass drama has finally come to an end. At last the family found a buyer for the Flagstaff, Arizona property they bought when they moved from Las Vegas.

In 2018, the family paid $820,000 for the rural property, intending to build individual homes for Kody Brown and his then-four wives. The new buyer purchased the property for $1.5 million on April 14.

But how will they divide the profit among Kody, Robyn Brown, Janelle Brown, and Meri Brown?

The U.S. Sun is reporting that a 2.42-acre plot owned by Kody and his legal wife Robyn, sold for $305,000.

A second 2.42-acre plot owned 50/50 by Meri and Janelle Brown also sold for $305,000.

A third parcel of land, 4.48 acres (owned 50% by Kody and Robyn, 25% each by Meri and Janelle) sold for $400,000.

The final parcel, 5.16-acres (also owned 50% by Kody and Robyn, 25% each by Meri and Janelle) sold for $490,000.

By my calculator, that totals up to $750,000 for Kody and Robyn, while Meri and Janelle split the other $750,000 ($375,000 each). That’s a nice down payment for the flower farm Janelle’s buying in North Carolina.

According to public records, a man and woman from Scottsdale, Arizona, are the new owners of the property. Reportedly, the buyers paid $1.5 million in cash for their view of the San Francisco Peaks, which overlook the property.
