90 Day Fiance star Tigerlily Abdelfattah has officially confirmed that she is pregnant with her second child with husband Adnan Abdelfattah. After welcoming their first son, Zeyn, the reality TV personality is now celebrating the joy of becoming a mother again.

Tigerlily and Adnan tied the knot in September 2023, the same year they began dating. The couple met for the first time when Tigerlily flew to Jordan — and they decided to get married immediately after she arrived. While many viewers initially thought their relationship was rushed, the pair quickly proved their love was genuine.
During 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days, Tigerlily and Adnan became one of the most successful couples of the season. The two even took a “baby-making trip” to Turkey, which eventually led to the birth of their first child, baby Zeyn.
Tigerlily Confirms She’s Expecting Her Second Child
After weeks of speculation, Tigerlily Abdelfattah has finally confirmed the news herself. In a new social media post, the 90 Day Fiance star shared a picture with her husband Adnan, proudly showing off her baby bump and captioning it:
“Another little blessing on the way. Feeling grateful every day. InshAllah, Zeyn will soon have a little sibling to play with.”

However, she later explained that she was simply revamping her page and preparing for “a new chapter in her life” — which now turns out to be her second pregnancy.
When a fan asked if she was planning to have another baby, Tigerlily replied with a smile:
