Sister Wives: Robyn’s Ex Has Leukemia! Fanbase Concerned
A lot of Sister Wives fans despise Robyn. Out of all the things they have said about her, they have also slammed her for dragging her ex-husband “through the mud.” That’s because she disclosed a lot of details from their unhappy marriage for her own personal agenda on Sister Wives. Well, a Reddit user stumbled upon a GoFundMe page made for Robyn’s ex, David Jessop. Her sister-in-law started it so the family could raise money for him. Apparently, the poor man has been suffering from Chronic Myeloid Leukemia.
It turns out that physicians had suggested David take some pills to keep his leukemia in control so he could go into remission. But that backfired as these pills began to harm him internally. When the star was ready for a second batch of the same, his doctors advised against it. That’s because it had the chance of damaging his heart and arteries. So, the physicians told him to go for a more “natural” approach which was promising but also expensive. Unfortunately, the insurance company does not pay for approaches or remedies which are natural. Hence, David Jessop has a Gofundme page to help him raise money for the same for his leukemia.
Hence, Sister Wives fans on Reddit took to the platform to talk about this. They wished the Jessop family the very best and hoped they would be able to gather enough funds for his recovery. Some wanted David to reconnect with his kids once again before his last days. Robyn and Kody have full custody of them now, and they have grown distant from their biological father.
Sister Wives: Fans Slam Robyn & Kody For Taking Kids Away From Her Ex, David!
When Sister Wives fans looked up details about David Jessop after going through his GoFundMe, they were surprised. After splitting with Robyn, her ex got into a new marriage and also had more kids. Alas, his description on the site read that he only had four kids. This meant that David was recognizing the kids from his second marriage as the only kids he had. Technically, Jessop has seven kids, as he had three with Robyn during their marriage. Sources claimed that he had to unwillingly give up the kids when Kody Brown was willing to adopt his children, Dayton, Aurora, and Breanna.
Hence, many Sister Wives fans found it unfair. They have seen how close Robyn’s adopted kids have gotten to Kody. But after the news about David’s leukemia broke out, they want the couple to let their three kids build a good bond with their father once again. Their heart went out to Jessop as he has been undergoing something very unfortunate as Cancer. Many of them also shared their pain in the thread of losing someone to the same. Others encouraged people to pitch in to support Robyn’s ex.
