In a recent interview, Sister Wives star Kody Brown spoke about family estrangement. While many began to feel bad for him, he refused to take accountability for his distance from his children, regardless of all the melodrama he created on Special Forces. Instead, he put all the blame on his wives. While speaking with Fox, he said that everyone broke up as a family, so he cannot be the only one who’s “culpable.”

He further claimed that everyone, including his ex-wives, must take partial responsibility. He added that he won’t marry again, as his experience with polygamy and the divorces left “bad blood” in the family. Brown became emotional as he spoke about his past experiences. “My failures were because I didn’t know how to be your dad and husband,” he said. Kody went on to say that things were really good between him and his kids until all the divorces happened.

Sister Wives fans were eagerly awaiting the mid-season trailer, and it is finally here! It’s safe to say it was explosive. Kody said it is time to make amends with his ex-wives. He explained that, after years of drama over the Coyote Pass property, he wants to set all three of them free. In another scene, Christine tells her husband that Kody “wants to extend an olive branch,” and adds that she needs to know the motive behind it.

“I don’t have a lot of trust in Kody,” she declared. Furthermore, Kody apologized to her for not loving her. “This is my husband here. Why do you think this is appropriate?” an agitated Christine said. Janelle, on the other hand, celebrated as her friend found a new man. She also mentioned that Christine did not accept Brown’s apologies. Meanwhile, Meri surprised everyone by introducing a new love interest.

It’s none other than Ron, the guy she met at the speed dating event. She revealed how happy he makes her. During her conversation with Kody, he said an apology was still needed because everything is still toxic. “His energy f**ks with my energy,” she told the camera. However, she advised him to stop using the word “apologize,” as it comes across as insincere. And last but not least, Robyn also had to apologize.
