According to the documents, Casey doesn’t think that Bella’s parents supervise the minors properly, nor do they address their inappropriate conduct. Therefore, it “exposes the minor child to circumstances that are not in his best interest.” The request additionally stated that Hunter should not be in contact with Bella’s parents without Casey’s supervision. Moreover, Bella’s parents should not track Hunter’s phone.

He also assured that his household is stable, with responsible adults who won’t allow such conduct.
